Our Story
Old New Castle Electric (O.N.C.E.) is a woman-owned, family-run electrical contracting company founded in 2022, by Brooke and Robert Lee. Based in Historic New Castle, Delaware, O.N.C.E. serves the entire state of Delaware, focusing on New Castle County, with projects often taking them to the state's beaches and beyond.
O.N.C.E. was built on a foundation of expertise, people-first values, and a commitment to doing things the right way. Robert brings years of hands-on experience from the IBEW electricians union, with a deep knowledge of both electrical systems and the wider construction industry. Brooke, with a master's in education and a strong background in client-based industries, plays a key role in managing relationships, communication and delivering a positive customer experience.

Operating Member
Robert "Bobby" Lee, a Southern New Jersey native, is the Operating Member of Old New Castle Electric. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, he brings a deep understanding of design, project management, customer service, and technical expertise to every job.
Before becoming a licensed electrician, Bobby worked in the landscape and stone quarry industries, gaining valuable hand-on experience in various aspects of construction. He later refined his electrical skills as a member of the IBEW electricians union. Today, he holds an extensive list of licenses and certifications, allowing him to combine technical precision with a broad knowledge of construction to ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and up to code.
From small home repairs to large-scale commercial projects, Bobby and his team are committed to delivering reliable, high-quality electrical solutions with professionalism and integrity.
Managing Member
Brooke Lee, a New Mexico native, is the Managing Member of Old New Castle Electric and a dedicated professional with a master's degree in Education. With a background in both sales and education, she brings over 20 years of experience in client-focused industries, excelling in communication, project management and customer relations.
Under her management, Old New Castle Electric is committed to delivering reliable, high-quality electrical services with integrity and professionalism. Brooke ensures that every client receives clear communication, exceptional service, and a stress-free experience.
